| when we first started training for this segment, I pick out a faster goal time for this race, but considering I struggled much of the segment, I was happy with how things turned out today. I didn't feel too great the first 2.5 miles, but started to come around just after the 3 mile marker (although the uphill split doesn't nec refelct it). I ran as hard as I could for today, so I'll take it. | ||||

| Ran with Dot...this was a faster training run (probably hit 6:30-6:45 for a good part of the run) than I had been doing since I entered survival mode last segment...I could tell I hadn't run a normal run like that in a while, but it felt good and I liked it. Plus, I got to be there when Dot got honked at AGAIN!! I guess when you got it, you got it. | ||||
