Turkey Trot 10K (15 miles total)
10 minute shakeout run at 5:30am.
3 Mile Warmup

Led miles 4 and 5 before Clint stopped sucking off me like the wus he is and went by me for the win.
I'm still happy that my last mile was my fastest, meaning I can still go faster overall.

Felt a little bit tired today. Felt very tired.

Felt absolutely horrible. Got dropped way off the back of the group. Legs felt completely dead.

Felt a lot better, although legs still feel pretty tired.

Felt great!!!
Hit some late miles in 5:25-5:45.

Overall Comments
I can't remember the last time I had such an up and down week - going from feeling horrible to feeling great to feeling horrible to feeling great again, all in a 7 day span. In the end, I guess it was good that on the hard days I felt good, and felt bad on the easy days.
