Fri AM 8.5 miles 400, 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400 @ 65 sec. per quarter mile Workout at Windsor @ 6:30 am. All times right on pace. 1200's were at my mile PR pace. PM 4 miles 6:45 pace Ran easy with Doyle. Sat AM 14 miles 6:15-6:20 pace Solid run and consitent pace. Legs feel better after Thursday massage. PM Sun AM 10 miles 6:15-6:20 pace first half. 6:00 pace 2nd half. First day of Florida trip. Legs feel good in warmer weather. Stayed in northern Georgia. Great workout, never done this before. High School PR was 4:48, College was 4:31. PM 6 miles 6:00-6:15 pace Felt great, felt strong.
